Welcome to Hair by Paula, my name is Paula Pedersen.  I have 6 years experience as a master colorist and specialize in natural/lived in color.  I have always had a passion for the beauty industry from a very young age and opening my own studio is a dream come true for me!  Another passion of mine is education, I am always learning the newest techniques and am excited to announce Hair by Paula Education which will be available to book directly through my website soon!

I strive to give each of my guests a personal and custom experience in my studio and look forward to seeing you soon!

Refund Policy:

All items or services purchased from Hair by Paula are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Hair by Paula. This policy applies but is not limited to:  Services, Digital Products, Gift Cards.

Photo Policy

When booking an appointment with Hair by Paula I grant the Hair by Paula permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Hair by Paula and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorize the Hair by Paula to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Hair by Paula from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

Cancellation Policy:

I respectfully ask you give 48 hours for cancellation on all appointments. If the appointment is canceled after 48 hours the card on file will be charged 50% of the service total.  Same day cancellations and no call/no shows will result in a 100% charge of the booked service. Please arrive on time to your appointment, a late arrival of 10 minutes or more will be subject to alterations or cancellation and associated fees will be applied. If you don’t confirm an appointment within 48 hours of the schedule spot you will immediately be taken out so the time can be filled with my wait list appointments! So it’s is really important to make sure you can confirm all appointments please!
